Channel Sales Manager

Job Description

IntraEdge is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to help drive sales of SaaS subscription revenues through strategic Resellers of the GDPR Edge software platform. In this role, you will work as the GDPR Edge liaison to one or more Reseller partners. You will build deep and wide relationships with that partner’s executives, sales reps, sales engineers, subject matter experts, product specialists, marketing teams, etc. You will conduct demos of the GDPR Edge solution with end clients, co-selling alongside the Reseller’s own sales and account teams, and you will bring resources to help close and implement new opportunities.

You will track new opportunities in the CRM, report the status of opportunities to management, and you will work with the Reseller to enable them with any collateral, sales materials, sales training, product training, content pieces, or other elements they may require in order to maximize their sales effectiveness. You will also help to onboard new clients, ensuring a positive experience for the end customer and as well as the channel partner.

You will carry a quota, and will have aggressive but realistic revenue goals to achieve. As such, your compensation will be a mix of salary and commission/bonus.

You will not be required to directly prospect new clients in this role, but will instead look for opportunities by partnering with Reseller’s sales teams.

Job Requirements

2 to 5 years of direct or indirect (channel) selling experience or entrepreneurial experience. Experience with enterprise sales cycles (3-9 months) is a plus. Experience selling software licenses and professional services also a plus. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A panache for using tools and tricks to make yourself and the sales process more efficient, like efficiently logging key activities to the CRM, using Calendly links to book demos, screen sharing services for collaborating, etc.

You need to be organized, efficient, and great at building relationships and trust. Expect regular travel, especially during times of sales trainings and roadshows. You may also travel overseas occasionally. You’ll also attend some trade shows by yourself and with other team members, and often with partners.

Marketing Specialist

Job Description

IntraEdge is looking for a Marketing Specialist to help execute on key initiatives supporting the GDPR Edge software platform. In this role, you will work as the project management lead on a number of events, campaigns, and opportunities. You will regularly interface internally with our operations and sales teams, and externally with potential customers, current and potential partners, thought leaders, subject matter experts, designers, third party vendors, and more. You will be given opportunities to step up and own initiatives but also be asked to handle logistical details and get your hands dirty to execute on a regular basis.

You will segment and track new leads in the CRM, report the status of the pipeline to management, and you will work with the head of marketing to develop collateral, materials and content in support of various campaigns and events. You will be helping with inbound strategies, SEO, marketing automations, landing pages (incl a/b testing), webinars, channel partner portals, PPC, social and other digital ads, as well as the development and production of printed collateral and event signage - in some cases directly managing and delivering and on other cases managing others who will deliver. A strong ability to manage events will be necessary as you will be responsible to set up the logistics of dozens of executive events across multiple countries.

Job Requirements

2 to 5 years of marketing/event experience or entrepreneurial experience. Experience with event management and/or project management is a plus. Experience designing and managing digital marketing campaigns also a plus. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential. The more of a design-hacker you are the better; you should at least know your way around in Photoshop, WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics and AdRoll.  If you can also create or edit in Illustrator we'll love you extra.

You need to be organized, efficient, and great at building relationships and trust. Expect minimal to no travel.  You may occasionally have the opportunity to staff a tradeshow or event, most of which are US based but some of which are international.

This is a part-time, contract-only role. Initial term: 90 days at 20-30 hrs/week.  Potential for growth and permanent employment may be available.  Work will be performed onsite at IntraEdge in Chandler, AZ.
